About the Brand
Stacey O’Nary creates illustrations and greeting cards for real moments—the joyous, messy, funny, and heartfelt ones. Rooted in nostalgia and inspired by tea, cats, and everyday absurdity, Stacey’s life story runs through every design in ways that feel deeply relatable. These cards exist to spark smiles, joy, and genuine human connection.
About Stacey O'Nary
Stacey O’Nary may be a made-up name, but the creations are very real—dreamed up by Stacey Geller in NYC.
As a young artist, Stacey loved wandering through stationery stores, drawn to colorful pens, staplers, stickers, and endless stacks of paper. She’d rush home to organize her treasures and dive into making things. The one thing she never bought? Greeting cards. She’s been creating her own since the very beginning.
When she isn’t sketching new ideas, Stacey leads American Design Language as creative director. Even in client work, she can’t resist slipping in a bit of wit—like her early restaurant project that paired a soup-and-sandwich combo with the words "happy together." That instinct for warmth and wordplay has guided her ever since, from playful branding to mission-driven nonprofit campaigns designed to connect people through language and design.
Now, with Stacey O’Nary, she’s channeling that same lifelong mix of humor, heart, and creativity into cards, prints, and goods (coming soon) – small bursts of joy meant to brighten someone’s day
